 Laura Luther lives in Redmond, Oregon nestled in the Cascade Mountains. She has 2 children, a cat, and a ton of house plants! She love exploring Oregon lakes, rivers, and forests. She also loves creating jewelry, bath salts, candles, raw food recipes, and just about anything she can get her hands into! Laura is passionate about health and healing. It is her passion to help others use EFT tapping, and Hacking Reality, and Reiki as a self help tools, to clear all unwanted emotions and memories from the mental "loops", that keeps them active in our daily lives.

EFT and  Hacking Reality 

Laura will teach you the technique of tapping on specific Meridian points, while doing real time scripts outloud, helping to  release stored trauma out of your procedural memory, and body.  You will use Hacking Reality to re-program your past,  releasing you from trapped (past) trauma by tapping on a " younger- self" in the "now" in real time! This allows deep seated, self sabotage, anxiety, compulsive behavior ("the loops") to be eliminated PERMANENTLY, 🙌 thus allowing Emotional Freedom, and real healing to begin. Even one session can be very powerful to make major shifts of long stuck "stuff". There is a lot of studies backing up the cortisol levels dropping, and "relief" clients feel, immediatley after an EFT session!

​What Is EFT (Tapping)????​     


        EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or “Tapping” is a body/mind self-help method. It combines a gentle touch together with mindful and vocal attention, or scripts, to thoughts and feelings. EFT involves tapping with our fingertips on acupuncture points on the hands, face and body while focusing (temporarily) upon an issue we wish to resolve.     


          The amygdala is a part of the brain that controls our stress response--fight and flight. This is called our "limbic system", or mammalian brain. Words alone do not register with the amygdala, and this is why we tap. Tapping has a direct and immediate effect of down regulating the amygdala's reaction to real or imagined threat.     


         EFT is easy to learn and flexible enough to be used by anyone. As we explore EFT for ourselves, we become empowered to respond to our own emotional states and help ourselves feel better, with the aid of this simple and natural healing tool.
